Barry is co-founder and Group CEO of Williams Caribbean Capital.
Barry was appointed Jamaica’s diplomatic representative to Ireland as the Honourary Consul from Jamaica in 2017. He is the Founding Chairman of IFP Investments which is the merger of Irish Flexible Packaging and Fispak Limited, Co-founder and Chairman of SocialCore which is a financial services price comparison fintech business with offices in Trinidad, Dublin and Barbados, and he is a Board Director with the award winning tourist business VIP Attractions.
From 2008 to March 2017, Barry was a senior CEO with the Digicel Group. From 2008 to 2015 for the Digicel Group he was CEO of Barbados, CEO Eastern Caribbean and CEO of Jamaica and Cayman.
From 2015 to 2017, Barry was a member of the Digicel Group senior management team where he was responsible for diversifying the revenue base of the Group from primarily voice. He was CEO of New Business, CEO Fintech, Group Business Development Director, Director of M&A and a Board Director of over 30 Digicel businesses.
From 2004 to 2008, Barry was CEO of a Telco Big Data software company called TheNowFactory which was sold to IBM for €115m. From 1996 to 2004, Barry worked mainly in the high tech sector working as a senior technical and business development consultant for companies such as Motorola, Ericsson, Rodhe Swartz, Nokia, Jinny Software, Hewlett Packard and IBM. From 1994 to 1996 Barry was a lecturer in physics and
engineering at the Cork Institute of Technology.
Barry has a 1st Class honour degree in Electrical Engineering from University College Cork, a Diploma in Business Management from the College of Ireland, a Diploma in Board Direction from the Irish Management Institute and is a Chartered Board Director with the Institute of Directors of the UK and Ireland.
Ciarán is the co-Founder and Managing Director of Williams Caribbean Capital (“WCC") since 2017, which is a joint venture with the Williams Industries Group.
Prior to setting up WCC, Ciarán spent over 10 years with the telecommunications company Digicel Group between 2006 and 2017 across multiple financial and operational roles. Ciarán is a former CEO and CFO in Digicel Barbados, Regional CFO of the Eastern Caribbean, and CEO of Digicel Grenada. During his final years in Digicel, he led M&A activities as CEO of Growth Opportunities in the Eastern Caribbean holding over 20 directorships across a diverse portfolio of newly acquired businesses.
Prior to joining Digicel in 2006, Ciarán spent 8 years in international accounting and auditing, financial consulting, and corporate governance across the private and public sectors throughout the EMEA and Caribbean regions with BDO and EY in Ireland, before moving to the Caribbean working for Deloitte in Barbados.
Ciarán, who is a former member of the Grenada Chamber of Commerce, currently holds the position of director of the Barbados Golf Club, member of the FutureTec Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Barbados, as well an investor and board director of General Accident Insurance Company in Barbados. He was recently appointed to the Council of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce.
He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Barbados. He holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University, Ireland, and a Diploma in Corporate Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Ciarán is a former scholarship winner to the Boston College, Carroll School of Management, a former Student of the Year recipient, and attended Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania as part of a Future Leaders program.
Ciarán proudly considers himself an adopted Barbadian and a CARICOM national having made Barbados and the Caribbean his home since 2003.
Tony is the CEO of Williams Caribbean Capital Jamaica.
Until September 2019, Tony was the Chief Procurement Officer Caribbean & Latin America at Digicel Group. He is a former Senior Commercial Manager with Vodafone and founder and co-owner of Barbican Beach in Kingston, Jamaica.

Ralph Williams is the Founder and Chairman of Williams Industries Incorporated. David develops new business opportunities with a focus on infrastructure and businesses in the sustainable “green economy” sector. David has been a leader in introducing Public Private Partnerships to Barbados and non-recourse project financing structures. He has led efforts in the development of Renewable Energy, Water and Wastewater and Solid waste businesses. Additionally, he has been responsible for the development of Millennium Heights, Apes Hill, Price Smart, the First Caribbean Headquarters in Warrens, the Spring Garden desalination plant and Sustainable Barbados Recycling Center. Mr. Staples is also Chairman of Doyle Offshore Sails in St Philip and Concordia Manufacturing in the U.S. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, a Master’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master’s degree from Harvard University. He has been resident in Barbados since 1983.
Tom Hall is the former Chief Executive Officer of Williams Industries Inc. He commenced his tenure as CEO in September 2014 and finished in July 2018. He is the holder of a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the revered London School of Business and has years of experience in banking and finance under his belt. His affiliation with the company stems a generation back, to when his father, John Hall and Ralph “Bizzy” Williams ventured into business together. This partnership formed the West Indies branch of BRC, which has continued to this day and recently celebrated 35 years of manufacturing and providing top quality steel.
Tom has been a Director for four years and his family has been shareholders for over a decade. His strong financial background, familial ties to Williams Industries and international exposure have made him an excellent addition to the management team.
Leonard recently retired as Chief Financial Officer of the Williams Industries group and is now an active Board Director of the Williams Industries group and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Dwight is the COO of Williams Caribbean Capital.
Having spent nearly 14 years with Digicel Barbados including as head of technical for the core network, Dwight completed an MBA at Lancaster University.
Dwight is an analytical professional with a wealth of transferable skills gained in the telecommunications sector. Data-focused problem solver with a proven track record of leading growth and improving efficiency by implementing transformation projects at process, organisational and technical levels. Awarded Manager of The Year – 2015 for recognition of leadership and management excellence. Awarded Lancaster MBA Student of The Year - 2019.
Charlene is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Barbados with 12 years’ experience as an accountant, including 7 years in audit with PwC as Senior Accountant and 3 years as Financial Controller with an international pharmaceutical company.
